Licensed Mental Health Counselor

Jessica Gilstrap is a life-long resident of Orlando; she has been counseling adults and teenagers in the area for the past fourteen years. Jessica grew up attending First Baptist Church of Orlando, and has worked with many of its youth through the years. She earned a bachelor's degree in Psychology from Palm Beach Atlantic University, and a master's degree in Counseling from Reformed Theological Seminary.

Jessica is president of Heartspoken Counseling, Inc., and in 2007 co-founded Gilstrap & Napolitano, Counseling & Psychiatry. 

Child, Adolescent and Adult Psychiatry

Dr. Dorta-Duque specializes in the treatment of children, adolescents and adults, including evaluation and treatment of Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, Anxiety Disorders, and Mood Disorders including Depression and Bipolar Disorder.

Licensed Mental Health Counselor

Christy grew up in North Carolina and earned her bachelor's degree in psychology from Madonna University in Michigan.  She earned her Master's in Counseling from Reformed Theological Seminary in Florida. 

Prior to her education Christy worked for 3 years in a residential program counseling American teenagers in the Dominican Republic.  This is where her desire to be a mental health counselor developed.  She has a unique way of creating a safe and trusting environment where her clients are free to be themselves without judgement.

Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern

Stacey grew up in Alexandria, Virginia and attended Liberty University where she received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology.  Upon graduation, she returned to the Washington, D.C. area and worked for several years as a Press Secretary for a public policy organization. Her passion to pursue counseling brought her to Orlando, where she earned a Masters in Counseling from Reformed Theological Seminary. The program included a counseling internship at Oviedo Counseling Center.  Stacey is registered as a mental health counseling intern.

Brandon grew up in Charleston South Carolina before moving to South Alabama. He earned a bachelor's degree in sociology from Troy University in 2001, and a master's degree in Counseling from Reformed Theological Seminary (RTS) in 2008. He is currently completing a master's degree in Divinity, also from RTS.

Graduate Student Counselor

Chris Hammond grew up in the Washington, D.C. area and graduated from James Madison University in Harrisonburg, VA with a  B.A. in English.  She moved to the Orlando area 15 years ago and is a Bible and Psychology teacher at Foundation Academy in Winter Garden.  Her desire to help children and families persuaded her to obtain a Masters degree in Psychology from Palm Beach Atlantic University.  Currently, she is a practicing student intern, working with couples, children, and teenagers.  She is married and has three beautiful children. 

Licensed Mental Health Counselor

Curtis grew up moving around the southeastern United States as the son of a pastor. He graduated high school in Memphis, Tennessee, and then attended Ole Miss for undergraduate studies. He graduated with a B.A. in Art. After college, Curtis worked with teenagers and children as a Youth Director in Alabama. He married his wife, Lisa, in 1995. They moved to Orlando, Florida in 1997 to pursue seminary education at Reformed Theological Seminary. Curtis and Lisa have two children and live in Oviedo, Florida.

Licensed Mental Health Counselor

Elizabeth Stokes grew up in Orlando Florida. She attended Liberty University and received a degree in Psychology. She graduated with a masters degree in Mental Health Counseling from Rollins College. She is a Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC) and is currently a mental health counseling registered intern. Elizabeth’s work as a therapist has included working with children, teenagers and young adults with issues of anger, depression, body issues, behavioral problems, chronic mental illness, sexual abuse and trauma.

Victoria Votour grew up on the west coast of Florida.  She earned a Bachelor’s of Arts degree in Psychology at the University of Central Florida and received her Master’s in Counseling at Reformed Theological Seminary in Oviedo, Florida. Victoria is a licensed psychotherapist and works with children, as well as adults and family therapy.
